Well, what do you do when your tax check doesn't come before spring break????
STAYCATION
Colten has become very talented at climbing trees! Good thing we have plenty in our yard to climb!
We were told to check out the Kentucky Arboretum in Lexington
All the kids loved walking in the streams
We came dressed to get wet and dirty!

soaking in the beautiful sun
Onah and Marie found a mountain to climb!
Yes, those are rain clouds rolling in......
we would soon be running to the van!

Sure it's a little snug but the closer we are
the more we love!

So thankful for Aunt Tamme being closer so we can
have fun with our cousins,......
and she has a season pass to the zoo! :)
More thankful for being closer though for sure!

Imagine getting 7 kids to smile and look at the same time while.......
Bees were buzzing, people walking, animals making noises
I think we did pretty good!
This is the cutest tortoise I have ever seen!
Colten was SO bummed the Cheetah exhibit
was closed for the season!
Guess we'll have to go back this summer!
